Bond Hearings

The Arraignment

After an individual has been arrested, they will have an arraignment. This is their first appearance in court, during which they will receive official charges and submit their guilty or not guilty plea.

During this hearing, a bond will also be set. It is also the time when you must hire an attorney to defend your case.

Don't Take A Bond Hearing Lightly. Get An Experienced Lawyer ASAP.

For those who cannot afford an attorney, one will be provided for them. However, without a seasoned lawyer who has handled many similar cases, even the smallest of charges can lead to big consequences if they're not properly handled.
